Did Koichi direct this? It doesn't feel that way - the battles feel "traditional" Sentai-ish, meaning no super crazy stunts or shaky cam.

According to Rangerwiki, it was directed by Noboru Takemoto.

None. As said before, it wasn't Sakamoto who directed this.

Ok I was watch some at nigh and I note the scratch logo from geki ranger over layed in front of a tiger.

The best scene ever? Devoss lecturing and berating these new kids how they are not sentai.

"We heard our sworn enemies the Kyoryugers were colorful! BUT! ALL! OF! YOU! ARE! PLAIN! WHAT IS WITH ALL THESE BLUE HUES?! THERE'S TOO MANY! AND SILVER AND GREY OVERLAP EACH OTHER!"
