GIVE IT MORE BUFFING! And a better Ability! And while you are at it, give Farfetch'd an evolution that increases it's power to Uber levels! Flying Types get no respect! Just like Rock!

Have Rock be immune to Water and resistant to Ground! Give Rock some more accurate moves with useful base power! Power Gem as a widely usable TM perhaps? How about a physical Rock move that has perfect accuracy that you would actually WANT to use in general! No one really wants Rock Slide or Stone Edge, they just tolerate them because no better options exist!
