Spoiler for the Movie based on other people who watched the movie. Two sources: Igadevil and Thunder025. Basically a mixture of both reports about what happened in the movie. Feel free to go to those respective posts or hover over this giant summary.

Movie is set slightly ahead than where the show is currently and Kouta finds Lapis (Kouta's Over Lord counterpart) who asks him what's a soccer ball. Kouta explains what soccer is and Lapis finds it interesting that people can play seriously and have fun without killing each other and creates an alternate timeline/dream world and Kouta is sucked into it. In this world, Ryouma is killed when an experiment is gone wrong before he even gets to transform as Duke. Kogane (Mars) is actually the manifestation of the Golden Fruit and transforms into Yuuya to get to Gaim. A side effect of Kogane's existence causes all the Armored Riders slowly start to become crazed, killing each other with Hase, Peco, Jounouchi, Zack, Oren, Takatora, and Sid dying and their "souls" are absorbed by Mars. The remaining Riders left are: Kouta, Kaito, Mitchy, and Minato. Kouta is also brainwashed into Gaim Yami to do his bidding, but Mitchy transforms into Ryugen to stop Kouta and eventually Kiwi Arms (showing the strength of their friendship in this world compared to the real world). Kouta-Yami defeats Ryugen, Baron, and Marika, but is stopped by Lapis who enters his mind. Here Lapis reveals that he once was like Kouta and tried to stop the same unnecessary bloodshed that the Femushinmu did, making Kouta realize that the Over Lords and the Humans aren't that different afterall. We're also given a flashback of Takatora looking over his sick mom with Roshuo looking over the Queen's coffin. Kouta breaks free of the Gaim-Yami crap and enters Kachidoki Arms, battling Mars. During the battle with Mars after breaking free, Kouta transforms into Kiwami Arms and shoots Mars' horse with the Sonic Arrow and releases the previously dead riders and they all transform. Lapis gets a Sengoku Driver and Silver Apple Lockseed, transforming into Kamuro with the other Riders transforming. Kamuro turns into a soccer ball with the other Riders smacking him around at Mars. Kamuro is killed and Mars is killed. Presumably, the dream world disappears and Kouta is back to an Inves-Invaded Zawame City.

Does Kamuro have an Overlord form or are they just in human form the entire movie?

The movie sounds really interesting, I wonder if the Mars and Kamuro suits will be used again in the show? I would love it but I am going to guess like most movie riders they won't even though both showed up in the show.

I have a feeling that Ryoma Sengoku is similar to Tsurugi from Kabuto as both of them didn't have big role in Movie and instead a small role. I think both of actor who play Ryoma and Tsurugi might have conflict and force to leave in order to do other thing

Kamuro's suit looks like a nice alternative upgrade for Gaim, but according to reports, Kamuro has less screentime than even the original Zangetsu suit and it's dissappointing. Thank god it's just a recolored Zangetsu Shin suit with a Gaim helmet.

The fact that Kouta keeps equipping the Banaspear in Kiwami Arms really makes me wish that Gaim Banana Arms got more screen time.

Guys just a theory, what if they are gonna use Mai to reawaken the Queen? Could explain why they look alike.

Kind of what I was thinking, actually. Like, maybe the Queen is revived using Mai as a host. Still not sure how to explain the mystical ghostyness... Or the time travel.

Queen Mai is all "You killed a ton of people just to bring me back? Not cool man" and takes the golden fruit to time travel to prevent it all, ironicly causing events to happen exactly as we saw them.
