That is a awesome idea! It would help a lot transitioning the tone from Gosei's lighter one to Gokai's somewhat darker theme setting. Of course if Megaforce does get turned into Barizorg they won't kill him off once Barizorg's footage runs out.

I have no doubts if they went this route that black would be rescued from the barizorg cyborg body somehow towards the end of the series.They don't have it in them to kill the character off. It would be cool to end megaforce season 1 on an empire strikes back note. Turbo may have been the last season to do that.

However at least with mmpr2 the lion zord was still mostly black and it worked well. A black ranger driving a green zord that is very green..not so much.
