Id say gobusters is pretty close. Even the big gattai is called GREAT gobuster.

No, Go-Busters is what happens when they design mechs without figuring out how they all fit together first. And when they become obsessed with leaving no parts left over.

While I agree with the first part, the second is a pretty good thing to obsess over I think.

Indeed. Kanzen gokaioh was a nightmare. But while i agree it looks a bit cobbled together, in some respects i'd say it works. The helicopter blades becoming a huge v fin on his chest that is used as a weapon (mazinger esque), the rabbit arms becoming a huge jet pack, beets arms forming a huge spear (long time since weve had on of THOSE). I think its a neat design.

And I think the toy looks like a clusterfridge. It looks worse than G-12 Explosion, almost like they let one of the children of one of the designers go crazy with the glue. And then went "Eh, that works."
