I guess they might be if you don't already know who the real riders are supposed to be and how their worlds are.

The only world I can say I liked of Decade was Hibiki.

If you care for the original shows, most of Decade is a pain to watch, yeah. I luckily watched Decade before I have seen the rest so I could be somewhat neutral on this but... Wow, the Blade world made me angry without even having watched Blade before (and considering my reaction to Movie Taisen 2010 a while ago, I will probably be even angrier once I rewatch the show now).

I liked the Shinkenger- and Amazon-Worlds though. Shinkenger was done well and even enjoyable and Amazon was at least kinda cute.

I think people should watch Decade to get the overall picture, but not just Decade, but all Heisei-Rider shows, so that they can have an opinion on it and join the discussion the show comes up.

I'm working my way through OOO between episodes of Gaim at the moment. I'm really enjoying it so far--it seems to have slightly more of a continuous arc than the couple series before it (specifically, Decade and Double, the only other two series I've watched so far--Gaim is what got me into Kamen Rider in the first place ). Also, the characters are just a joy to watch.

I just got through 27 and 28 (the 1000th episode special) tonight--really fun for what they were, it's just a shame that they kinda had to stall out the main narrative to do it.

Well Gaim went back to the early Heisei era way of storytelling and I think it works better. OOO is one of my favorite shows and those episodes are totally awesome. =)

You know, I'd been holding off on checking out the earlier Heisei series until after I was caught up on some of the more recent ones, but when you put it that way...maybe I'll pick out one of those to watch next after OOO.
