A Mini-pla is a miniature model kit, whereas a candy toy is a regular old action figure you have to kinda put together. They (candy toys) are like G.I. Joes, but slightly buildible, mostly in the hands and feet where you just snap them in.

Now if we're talking like the Ressha from ToQGer, Candy Toy are the ones you can use in the changer, Minipla are essentially ToQ-Oh but smaller and more articulated that, like XW1n5t0nX said, you have to build

Mini-pla can. Candy Toy Ressha, like I said, are only able to be used in the Changer. They can't be used with ToQ-Oh. Though one of our members found out a way to modify them.

You kinda need to be more specific with this, because mini-pla ARE candy toys.

I assume you're talking about the ToQger Resshas though, in which case the differences have also been mostly discussed. Candy toy Ressha are also much bigger than the mini-pla ones, since they have to be compatible with the changer. The mini-pla Ressha are tiny in comparison.
