Sano Gaku and Takeuchi Ryoma appeared in Gokujo Kukan, a drive-and-chat talk show between celebs who go for a drive as they talk about life and stuff(Think Jerry Seinfeld's show. Also, Ryusei Ryo and Kinjo Yamato from Kyoryuger have appeared as well a while back).

Not too long ago Sano Gaku, that orange-armored samurai-playing, back-flipping actor we all love, got to chat with Takeuchi Ryoma, the new jack Heisei Rider Kamen Rider Drive for a senpai-to-kouhai chat while they wen for a drive playing futsal and eat a nice meal.

Here are a few things I picked up from their chat:

- Gaku was at a Kuuga show when he was a kid, the type of shows where you get to shake the hero's hand after the show is over

- Gaku would watch Fujioka Hiroshi do his action scenes during the Showa VS Heisei Rider Taisen movie shoot, and as he observed Gaku Fujioka told him "You remind me of my younger days" considering they both did their own action and stunts

- Gaku got the call that he is Gaim at Ginza, Ryoma got his call that he is Drive at Shinjuku

- Ryoma's uncle is a Rider otaku, and was crying as soon as he found out his nephew is Kamen Rider Drive according to Ryoma's aunt

- Both are grand prix winners of fashion magazines, Gaku at "Junon", Ryoma at "mina"

- Both were soccer players up to high school

- After a year where he was part of a show with multiple riders who have their own sense of justice, Gaku's personal conclusion of what a hero is was that it is a list of choices

- During filming, Gaku received a leaf from a kid, and has kept is as a charm ever since in his wallet to remind himself to never forget the basics

- One of Gaku's fans, a nurse, said thanks for being a hero to the kids at her hospital, specifically the ones who have to endure painful treatments and operations, etc. in a fan letter

- Ryoma feels the responsibility already even before his show airs

The stories of Ryoma's uncle and the nurse are both wonderful, but Gaku's tale about the leaf is just so heartwarming it's unreal
