so why is there not a Kamen Rider Pokemon yet?

I know there's a couple that look the part, but how about something like a simple Bug-type resembling a grasshopper that evolves into Bug/Fighting?

Actually there's more than it being Shiny. It has Sludge Wave, a move Kalos born Gengar(Or Shiny ones) couldn't have.
