No, it is fake. Look at the last two sentai to come out. Kyoryuger's 'leaked' designs were no where near the original, and people were saying it was going to be about dinosaurs that became trains and traveled through time. Then ToQger is due out and the designs were all the same color with differently colored highlights and no traintracks over the visor.

The official designs will come out soon enough. Until then believe nothing.

Actually the producer of Drive already said the show basically is Knight Rider. They took direct inspiration from it
