Oh for god's sake. Ryuki can not win against Agito. There's just no way. KamenriderOOO, you need to break the tie. Ryuga isn't even a factor here. I love Ryuki to death, love the rider, love the show. But the fact is he is just ridiculously under powered when compared to Agito.

Whoa. When did it get into a tie?

Well, that being said, if it still is a tie by tomorrow, I'll cast my vote. With all the ones from battles 11-20, I've been trying to avoid voting to see everybody else's opinions. But I'll vote if there is a tie by tomorrow

Ryuki's actually pretty low-tier for main Riders in general. His powers are nicely balanced, but he doesn't have one area where he's really overpowering. Shinji himself isn't an especially good fighter, either, so he can't really make the most of his arsenal. I do love the guy, but in an all-out Rider vs. Rider fight he's not going to last that long, especially not against a powerhouse like Agito.

This battle will be special and a one time only thing, it's between a stepbrother and a half brother; one a Rider-like entity and the other son of the winner of battle 21-

Century King Shadow Moon (Kamen Rider Black/Black RX, 1987-1989

VS

Kamen Rider Saga (Kamen Rider Kiva, 2008)

That's right, this will be the only time that a rider-like entity will be allowed in the tournament, and now, let's see those stats!

Shadow Moon:

Transforms via the KingStone belt, which holds his "Stone of the Moon"
Wields the Satan Sabre, a long powerful sword
Wields the Shadow Sabers, twin long swords
Can use the same attacks as Black
Weakness: Stone of the Moon can be shattered.

Saga:

Transforms via the Sagarc Belt
Wields the Jacorder an item that is inserted into Sagarc to evoke the transformation into Saga. In battle, it has two modes, the rapier-like Rod Mode and the whip-like Bute Mode. After using the Wake Up Fuestle, Saga turns day into crescent moon night as he executes his Snaking Death-Break (ス attack with the destructive power of the Jacorder's two modes, piercing the target with Rod Mode before jumping through the Kiva insignia formed in midair to hang the target using the Bute Mode until it is destroyed.
Can summon a giant feathered serpent called Kukulkan or multiple giant Sagarc under a larger Mother Sagarc
Can use the King Tattoo on his hand to destroy Fangires.
Weakness: As a Fangire himself, he has a chance of being shattered, tends to be over confident.

well im gonna go with shadow moon on this one, you know saga had to suck if they made taiga get rid of it.

i going with shadow moon also due to he is more able to protec his weakness from fighting any thing
