Norman was also nerfed, but I can't complain about that lol. Winona was buffed, Liza and Tate were buffed and Wallace was buffed. Both Winona and Wallace have 4 or more Pokemon. All 4 E4 have 5. That's the way the rosters were back in RS, aside from levels and a single team change(For the Gym Leaders) nothing changed. |
