To be fair, Super Megaforce didn't really do a good job at explaining who all the old teams were and what they did.

Its completely possible for a kid that watches SMF not to know that their powers are actually based on past TV Shows. Heck they are even using powers that were never part of a previous show.

Dino Thunder did that in just 1 episode lol. Shows how awful Super Megaforce was at explaining things.

I still am of the belief that Gokaiger was a better "history of Power Rangers" anniversary season than the actual history of Power Rangers anniversary season.

I would most kids today started watching Power Rangers with Samurai, Megaforce or maybe some the very late Disney era like Jungle Fury (I still find it recent) depending on their age. So I'm not surprise if they know nothing about MMPR outside the toys on the shelves on their local toy store and Super Megaforce.

They should get the older groups watch gokaiger and call it react to super sentai.
Just have them show a clip of them gokai changing to all sentai and also the legend war clip.
