Cool toy... Still wish they had made Cybertron with JDF instead VR troopers but then he wouldn't have been the green ranger....

And probably Zeo Red, Turbo Red (I), and Dino Black.

Interesting figure. It makes for a cool toy, and the nostalgia is warm and welcoming lol. I like it, as if it were Metalder and Red Ranger fused like an Ultraman. Plus yeah, lots of weapons makes it better!

This toy is so weird it's almost bizarre. I never knew the Battle Grid helmets were repainted MMPR ones; thanks for that trivia bit Den-O!
That sai looks more like a broken pitchfork than a sai though. |

I... have never heard of this. The suit looks kind of cheap but red and blue always go nicely together. Pretty cool!

For reference for anyone who needs it, this is what the actual suit looked like.

I didn't really pay much attention to VR Troopers, so I didn't even know this was a thing. At first glance, I thought it was some silly, figure-only power-up form. Only after reading the write up did I learn this was an in-show thing.
And oh crap does that suit look awful. I think putties had more detail on them. |
