Nope. And most of my Poke's were pretty under leveled at that point so that really didn't help. In the end I had to challenge the Winstrate Family a couple times for XP xP

And... it turns out I need a Dawn Stone for Gallade. But I have a Shiftree now from a Leaf Stone I found, which is brilliant

The only way you'll be able to get a dawn done early in the game is to use super training to get one.

Apparently you get one from Wally when you beat him, according to Serebii. Considering I'm up to the Groudon event, that's not to far away, and there's always one I can probably get from Y if that doesn't work.
