I think mostly it's kinda ugly. It's just too busy, too ornamented. If it was a little more clean, a little closer to Ultimate, than I'd be fine with it, myself.

It's just really, really ugly, especially when compared to the fantastic original Ultimate Kuuga design. It also doesn't make a lot of sense if you've seen Kuuga and know how his forms work.
