finally saw rainbow rocks on friday when i found it on netflix. bulk biceps look was interesting to say the least, and derpy's band bit was funny. loved the maude part. not to mention DJ's car was a bit wth. the end seen around or after the credits was neat and i knew that would happen eventually. this movie also made me love sunset shimmer so much more. now i am off to watch it again soon. makes me think when the next one will be.

So, finally got around to watching Rainbow Rocks, and I quite liked the way they handled it, focusing on Sunset for most of the frst act, in fact I enjoyed it so much part of me hoped the cast would solve the issues without Twilight's presence.
Anyways, it was fun, proably ends up in the same scale as the original EG, not something we necessarily needed but was enjoyable nonetheless.

After weeks of holding it off, I FINALLY sat down and watched Rainbow Rocks. I enjoyed every moment of it and to be honest... I loved the hell out of Sunset Shimmer. I actually felt bad for her since everyone was so mean to her and thought she was still evil, even after she tried so hard to prove to everyone that she had began anew. The songs were all great, but one that was definitely my favorite was 'Shake Your Tail', the song was a song that made me very happy and made me feel all tingling inside. Just too perfect. Also, I like the whole story with the Sirens and the final battle between them and The Rainbooms. Loved the Mane 6 as always, but Spike did kind of annoy me in this one when he kept bragging on and on about Twilight becoming the Princess of Equestria and increasing the pressure on Twilight to finish the song to stop the Sirens. All in all, a really enjoyable movie.

I'm glad you finally watched it!
It's a fun little movie with lots of enjoyable songs. Sunset was a lot more enjoyable since she wasn't just the generic high school bitch like she was prior, and I actually felt bad for her at times. Seeing her get along with the others (Especially during the end montage) was rather nice.

I'm also happy this ending wasn't just them going super saiyan and one shotting the opponent like they have so many times before.
