I have had two separate copies of this megazord break. The break occurs in the ratchet joint for the T-Rex's legs. Did anyone else have this issue? Am I doing something I'm not supposed to? I'm not overly rough or anything so I can't imagine its that.
Edit: Completely cut the title short. My bad. If someone could fix that I'd appreciate. Last edited by TheBeastman; 02-12-2015 at 12:49 AM.. |

Hi, new here. I don't really have an answer to your problem. I thought I heard somewhere of someone having one of the zord builder ports on the legs crack. Maybe a tension issue with the plastic used. It does feel a little thin in some places.
Other than that it could just be a bad batch shipped to a shop and you were just unlucky to get two duff ones (assuming you bought both of yours from the same shop). How bad is the break? Repairable or a lost cause? |

Oddly enough, the part that was functioning totally fine just snapped. That one's a lost cause -- there's a clear crack through the internal part of the zordbuilder port. Might be able to glue it but I'm not going to bother, honestly. Just going to return it.
If you're unable to return yours and have this problem, it still sort of works, but I don't know how much i'd trust it. It's enough for the T-Rex and the Megazord, but after that who knows. Maybe avoid the Megazords from amazon for a while guys, haha. |

The little plastic ring inside the T-Rex leg that allows it to snap on to a zord builder peg is pretty tiny and thin. With bad luck, I can imagine it breaking.
I haven't had problems with mine yet, but have seen the internals. One of my legs does not like to stay in a very forward position (the bump on the side of the Megazord leg just does not want to stay in the divot inside the T-Rex leg) and so my T-Rex stands a little awkwardly. |

Yeah, that's the problem mine had, except there was zero tension so it just sort of sat into position instead of locking.

Ha I actually got mine off Amazon. It only arrived yesterday afternoon so I haven't had that much time to play around with it. The legs do seem a little iffy to me but I'm not exactly going to be playing with it like a kid so it should be okay, plus if it does break it only cost me £13. Got to love that exchange rate
![]() It was the clips on Kyoryuzin(jin) maybe it's going to be the builder ports on the Megazord. Is it just me or are things not made to last anymore? |

The Megaforce megazord is trash durability wise, but SMF and Samurai are sturdy as can be. So I don't know what the deal is.
