Yeah, that's a RG. Although in-universe, Sei could've modded the shells of a HG to fit on a RG frame. It's something I've considered doing, just don't have the skill yet.

If I ever run out of MG kits to get, I may just buy some HGs for fun. The only problem is they're too cheap. As weird as that sounds, something that inexpensive feels weird buying it online. I think it's because it's price and size don't justify the shipping needed. If I could find them in stores, that'd be one thing, but the only way to save on shipping would be to buy them in bulk, which negates the low price and there's not that many HGs I want to facilitate that buying mentality.

I kind of get what you mean. But if you get 2-3 HGs at once, they come out to ~$18 apiece (assuming you ship it SAL), which is not that bad. But yeah, I'd love it if I could just walk into a TRU or something, stroll into the gunpla isle, pick out a kit, and then pay $12-15 for it at the checkout. I like to at least hope that it might happen since they seem to be testing the plamo market with Sprukits.

I haven't picked up any suits at all from Try, but I have decided that when I start to, I'm just going to focus on getting the leaders of each squad. That way I can try and set up a battle royal type diorama.

Finally caught the newest episode of Try and I have to say I'm really disappointed with it. Something like the reveal of Star Winning's real mode should have been really epic, but all this show seems interested in doing is constantly pushing Sekai/Build Burning as gunpla Mary Sue. If they wanted to do that then they should have never gone with a team dynamic to begin with.

I adored the original series so to keep falling out of love with Try a little more each week is really breaking my heart

So I got Star Build Strike and the UNiversal Booster kits yesterday, fun builds. Really glad to quit my no gunpla streak with them. This weekend Im gonna try to get some more.

What bugs me is the fact that Yuuma is still insecure about working on the Try Burning.

Wasn't he the one that upgraded it for Sekai?

With one attack, after 15 minutes of Build Burning doing the same thing it does every week. Why exactly was Fumina holding back a trump card like that until the last minute? She didn't think it might be a good time to use it BEFORE her teammates were completely crippled?

And one the battle had been won the episode went back to fawning over the Build Burning.

Yup. Yet he's afraid that he couldn't restore it to how Sei had it. It makes no sense consider Yuuma did the upgrade, meaning he'd have to restore it to how HE had it.

Yuuma upgraded it to allow Sekai to use his full potential without straining Build Burning. It's not like he completely rebuilt the gunpla from the ground up; He simply added to it. Since Sei built the base version, which Yuuma has basically said before that he couldn't match the quality of given how impressed by the built quality and craftsmanship he always is, attempting to repair the damage Try Burning sustained this time would also risk not restoring it to its original state and specifics.

So he wasn't wrong; If he took a crack at repairing everything cold, Try Burning may not have been able to regain its current level since beyond the enhancements, he didn't build or observe the assembly of Try Burning himself.
