I definitely believe that this is not the type of content that needs to be in the "light of day" so to speak but I loved watching it. I'd be perfectly happy if there were more adult sentai content like this IF it were limited to the correct audience. I'd hate for parents to see something like this and not understand what power rangers, super sentai, and kamen rider are all about.

I don't care what the rest of you haters say. I liked it. It gives Rangers a new feel. If Rangers had been intended as an adult thing, I think this would have done that. But it was kind of vague and yeah that's what they wanted. I give it a 7/10. Simply due to quality of film and acting. Wish they had showed more of the costumes and action scenes with the whole team.

Well, I watched about half of that and I'm not planning on finishing. I didn't find it particularly entertaining, and if there was supposed to be some poignant satire here I didn't really see it. I'm not gonna assert that they're just hiding bad product, but I think it says something about the quality of what you've put out if people are having trouble deciding whether it's satire or just mediocre.

				 | Quote: Because this fandom is dumb. When they found out that this was incorporating the fact that the actress who played Trini was dead (the funeral scene), the fandom lost its shit. "HOW DARE THEY PORTRAY THAT SHE DIED IN TO THIS MOVIE?!" "THE CHARACTER IS ALIVE BUT THE ACTRESS IS NOT, SO MUCH POOR TASTE!" Yet, here they allude to the fact that Billy is gay - even though the character was never portrayed as such, just the actor. So where's the uproar? This has nothing to do with anyone and their sexual preference - this is just over the fact the fandom picks and chooses what it gets upset about. |

Just finished it and it felt like generic sci-fi with power rangers terms and costumes thrown in. It would have been a great standalone short film is it built its own world. But this doesn't feel like power rangers. It felt a little blade runner eske with that generic, orange holo touch panel thing sci fi likes to use a lot. I was surprised by the violence too, seems like near Quinten Tarintino levels I don't even think a Rider concept could fit this tone either. And that actually had an installment that was a similar rating to this (Shin). |

I enjoyed it for what it was. It was really well put together as a nice little self contained stand alone concept and short. I don't get this fandom...but maybe that is why I mostly stay away from it... It reminds me of the tmz crowd who stirs shit up just to have something to talk about. |

And yeah, this was needlessly dark for something carrying the name "Power Rangers." And if this managed to he darker than Shin... Oh boy... |

Imma just put this here for a comparison... Yeah, even the actual Power Rangers in it's worst season is better written, more original, and more mature than this piece of shit. |

Mortal Kombat Rebirth wasn't meant to be tongue in cheek. This supposedly is.
