If you can get me the Shiny Adamant Protean Froakie, I'll gladly help you out by breeding the Hidden Ability Feraligatr I just got. May not be female, though.

Speaking of hidden ability Johto starters, I think I was lucky that the Typloshion I got was a female. Too bad it's nature sucks.

I just checked, and the Feraligatr I got was female! So yes, Matrixbeast, I can get you a female Hidden Ability Totodile!
