Another factor is that the prosthetics on the villains felt more grotesque back in the old days. Not that recent villains suck, but the aesthetics at the time had that 'don't mess with me or I will finish you like a game of Mortal Kombat' vibe.

I'm definitely going to agree with the Eighties because from what I've seen of Bioman, Changeman, and Liveman yeah they are really dark. From what I've heard of Jetman too yeah I would say that.

Takaharu is like Hot-Headed Idiot hero

Yakumo is serious and not smile-type person

Nagi is a strong man

Fuuka is a comic relief because she got hurt all lot and she even slip on banana feel on her first fight as Ninninger and only one who doesn't believe in her family history as she call them "Fairy Tale"

Kasumi is a smart girl and act as big sister-type

But I wonder... What Type of Starninger will be?

A. He is a chef like Genta from Shinkenger
B. Badass cowboy from USA
C. Ninja wannabe recruited by Grandpa without Ninninger's knowledge of him
D. Long-Lost and forgotten family member
