Well clear coating will take away the plasticy toy-like look but again you're milage may vary.

I personally like the plasticy toy look simply because I can say I built that toy. I'll eventually try clear coating with an MG or something of that caliber, but for HG's I just build and panel line.
With the Denial though....I'm not sure. The only suit I've ever truly loved before it was the Full Cloth, and now I'm getting to see both of them get an HG release around the same time.

It's a custom build gunpla from Gundam Build Fighters Try.
By the way @topic, I'm really interested in trying out gunpla. I'm set on which gunpla I want to get and I have informed myself about the building process. I have all the tools necessary in my house and I'll buy some markers for panel lining. I have seen people using clear varnish at the end of a building process. Is that a must too or do you only use it if you have heavily customized your gunpla with stuff like weathering effects to seal them? But on a similar note, are you supposed to seal in dry-transfers with something like you do with waterslides?

Well with decals sometimes you run the risk of the flat coat ruining the stickers, it depends on a lot of factors but it'll cause them to look silvery.

Don't worry, I've ingested the rumor with an unhealthy amount of sodium.

I'm half happy (and hoping a third season will be a lot better) and half worried that this is just going to be Build Fighters overload.
