Yep. My girlfriend and I buy blanks from barnes and noble. Im also working on a ryuga/onyx one!

I use super sculpy for all my pop customs. And finish them with a gloss sealer Spray. Like 20 bucks for at least 10 customs? Probably more. Oh amd acrylic paint.
