Not quite that unexpected as she's from Decade and Decade is more popular than Kiva in Japan... As much as I still want Kiva, I'm kinda happy about it because Natsumi was my favorite character in Decade She doesn't seem to be Web Exclusive either so... HOORAY

... Well, why not. Don't know if I actually want/need her though, due to my lack of experience/indifference with either Kiva or Decade.

I wonder why she's a retail release though, even with Decade being popular, it's been a while now and she only appeared once in the movie.
