I really can't think of any other color the T-Rex could be too. There's something about "King of the Dinosaurs" that makes the T-Rex almost certain to be Red. Either that or they avoid the T-Rex entirely.

Though I do agree with you that we need more orange senshi(DekaSwan and GekiChopper don't count).
