This figuart does make wish Tamashii would do a renewal of Ichigo and Nigo from the First and The Next seeing how Rider 3's design was inspire by those suits from what I can remember. I hope Rider 4 will get announced soon though.

He has no product page yet (at least I can't find it), so there will be more official pics and the list of accessories soon. But: It's absolutely unusual to show accessories in official promotional pictures that won't come with the figure. Everything can happen, but I doubt the final figure will come without the effect-parts.

Also, I didn’t even knew he has thrusts before they showed it with the figure, I'm curious to see how he uses them in the movie. Powered-up Rider-kick maybe?

I hope he comes with both rider kick effects and hip thrusters effects. I guess he can fly temporarily, rider kick, or giving him slight boost in his fight against drive.

Jet-assisted jump, I'm guessing. Gives him more clearance, so higher jump= harder kick, because gravity is a cruel mistress.
