What if they end up using Torin as the trope of the Monster who starts as good, then becomes evil, and that's how they introduce Mad Torin. Or perhaps he's a clone of some sort of the good monster?

New Thought: Torin is a prisoner onboard Seldge's ship. Imprisoned with his twin brother, who's evil, for a crime he was actually trying to stop. Sledge frees them both to defeat the Rangers. Torin sides with them, together they defeat his brother, Torin either dies or changes into human and becomes Silver.

RangerCrew's put up a series of images from the Dino SuperCharge marketing teaser (the actual teaser itself cannot be uploaded online).

Then again they called it the "Pachysaurus" despite the actual creature being called "Pachycephalosaurus." And if it was a brevity thing, Stygimoloch would have sufficed, if equally innacurate.
