Who cares that your franchise has been stagnant for 11 years with no interest from Nintendo for a new game. The original Persona 1 and 2 were just "Persona" (Well, 1 was "Revelations: Persona"), but they were rereleased under the full title of "Shin Megami Tensei: Persona"
3 and 4 were always "SMT: P"
