That gorilla mode looks too clean, something has to be up with it... But I don't fucking care, they'll pull it off somehow and I will buy it no matter what. This will be the first Masterpiece I try to preorder ASAP.

I have my doubts too, it does seem like it's an Action Master Masterpiece.

I for the life of me can't figure out how this can transform since it looks so smooth. It's cool we're getting MP Beast Wars but this does look like it's limited to one mode only.

Its just a prototype so far. The transformation will be added later.

Really surprised to see a Masterpiece Optimus Primal, I never thought it would happen. I'm looking forward to seeing more of it, I'm really interested in how they're going to make this work. Hopefully this will mean we get some more MP Beast Wars, I'd love to see Megatron and Dinobot.

They mentioned since next year will be the 20th anniversary its gonna be the year of MP Beast Wars so we should expect at least one more.

Obvious choice for a second Beast MP would be Megatron.

Ideally I'd like his Transmetal form. Bonus points for rubber ducky accessory. :P

Needless to say MP Optimus Primal is the greatest thing ever. Amazing. I was still laying in bed checking random sites for news and I couldn’t believe what I read. But it's not a dream, it's reality, sweet sweet reality.

Thank you Takara, Hasbro can do Titan or Planet Wars or whatever next year, at least you're still thinking about me.

I'm not too sure about the whole “Year of BW-MP's”-yet though, considering this year was supposed to be the year of the Decepticons, and we got an Asian release of MP Skywarp, nothing more. Well technically there was Exhaust, but we all know what a disaster that release was.

Would be cool if they at least make Megatron to go along with Primal, but if they do more.... Dinobot. Dinobot is a must.
