Am I the only one that kinda sees Timeranger more like the last 90s Sentai and less like the first 2000s Sentai?

Its so different from everything that came after it its kinda odd to see it as the starting point of this

I can see where you're coming from. It's definitely the last that has the 90s feel to it. Plus from a technical standpoint it was the last one to use the tradition cinematography style with Gaoranger on wards adapting a more dynamic feel (hard to explain I know but if you've seen multiple Showas/90s and then go to stuff from 2001 on wards you'll see what I'm talking about.
