Hey guys! This is just a project I put together this past week. I really love Black and Gold Zords, and the Red Dragon Thunderzord is one my all-time favorite Ranger mechs. So I now present to you, Black and Gold Special Edition Dragon ThunderZord/RyuuSeiOh!

Not sure if I'll be selling this one, but I may. Of course, you can commission another to be made, or any other Zord, or action figure or whatever! C & C quite welcome! Thanks for looking!

Looks really nice. Is the gold a mix of both stickers and paint? If you did use paint, it looks like it applied very smoothly. Did you hand paint it or spray it?

It's all paint, no stickers anywhere on that guy. And it is indeed spray paint

What spray was that gold? I generally use the Krylon Fusion line but I didn't think they have any metallic gold. I've used the rustoleum brand before in the past for a silver chrome effect but I wasn't happy with how it applied to plastic and how long it took it to dry (it would still pick up fingerprints 2 days after being applied).

It's Rustoleum. Their gold is amazing. I have used their silver before, it is kinda sucky. I have not yet fount a silver spray that really works the way I need it to.

Man I love that; now all it needs is a Gold version of the Mighty Morphin Red Ranger based entirely on the toy exclusive Gold Mighty Morphin Red Key, the Black and Gold version of the Tyrannosaurus but renamed the Gold Quantusaurus Dinozord and a Black and Gold Falcon Ninjazord as well as a Gold Ranger Power Coin with the Gold Zeo Ranger Symbol on it and you can call it all "The What If…?Jason Lee Schot Collection". Okay, that is all definitely waaaay too much to consider, but I do hope that Bandai… oh who am I kidding? I'm just soo happy to see the awesome work that you did on the toy, that's all that really matters.
