I would argue he has more, but I count it up to be sure:

Decade:

- 4 sets of hands
- Alternate driver parts
- Alternate head
- 3 versions of the booker, normal, gun & sword
- 15 Rider Cards

Hibiki:

- 4 sets of hands
- The henshin fork (Don't know what it's called ) in 2 variations
- The Rekka indivudually & bundled
- 3 Disk Animals in disk form & bundled
- Fire effects

Yeah it's pretty even actually. Maybe Decade is more expensive because there’s more stuff to paint. Don’t know, only that I’ll pay the price anyways

The Violent Emotion head is a "shrug, whatever" item for me. I'd've liked a cheaper price or a different accessory in its place.

Hibiki's covered almost completely in paint, though. Decade can get away with having some unpainted black.

I don't feel like the Ridebooker eats up that much paint budget compared to Hibiki's shiny purple.
