Nope saw 1986 film about 20 times maybe more while growing up and I watch it in the occasion now

There are none as far as I know. Karyuudo Fansubs started BWII and might start releasing it late 2015/early 2016, and they consider doing Neo after that.

Beast Wars Neo is still awaiting subs-for the most part- because it hasn't had a real DVD release.

A "complete series" was released in Japan a few years ago, but like most Japanese media releases the quantity was limited and prices were very high (last I checked; the set was costing $400 at some places).

Since nobody has episodes, nobody can sub them. I don't believe Shout! has plans to release Neo either...
