That is a pretty clear hint that he didn't keep the other core medals, as he could have revived him immediately with those.

Actually not true. Each Greeed has a single core that holds their consciousness, and Ankh's is the one that's destroyed. So even if Eiji had a handful of other red core medals, he wouldn't be able to revive Ankh unless he figured out how to restore the main one.

Yeah, 8 sounds very plot-centric. The rest sound just as one-off and potentially rushed as the others we've seen. Excluding 5 anyway, that one seems like it's gonna be all about Specter. Looking forward to it.

We should be getting scans for next month too within the week...really looking forward to finally finding out what the heck Tutankhamen, Nobunaga, Beethoven and Billy look like. Though Tutankhamen's almost definitely going to be in episode 5 so we're most likely going to be seeing him in the preview first...and we're seeing Nobu's ghost in 4 so that's mostly taken care of...so...I guess just Ghost's. Still, looking forward to all that. Hopefully we may get some more info about Ikkyu too?

Do we know what the release dates for next month's DX toys are yet? The Cobra Mobile, Bat Clock, Tut, Billy, and the Nobu/Beethoven two pack? Any idea when those are going to hit HLJ? Probably November 1st, right? I've been checking for new listings every day anyway.

If I remember correctly, the first wave of (correct) quarter 2 rumors also included a list of the releases with dates. Unfortunately that seems to have been taken down, so I don't remember specifically. But, like with Robin, they're all coming out around the same time their episodes come out. And the catalog did tell us the Tut stuff was early November, Beethoven & Nobu mid-November and Billy stuff late November. So those same weekends, I'd assume.

They should all go up for preorder around the 1st. Based on the catalogue pretty much all the DX stuff goes up for preorder the 1st of whichever month it's coming out. (with only a few exceptions, the Gan Gun Hand being the really obvious one. The DX Machine Hoodie is apparently going up for preorder on th 26th of December for a Januray release, for some reason, so there's that too...) for the next couple of months, though, just keeping your eyes peeled around the 1st should work.

Holy shit Nobunaga looks amazing.
Tutankhamun looks kinda funky but still pretty cool. The face is odd. Can't tell what it is.

Mentioned this in the episode 4 thread, but both of his Damashii are looking good. Nobunaga is one of the best parka designs yet. I was a bit put off at first by the colors, but I've determined it's just the Hand adding too much blue to the shot. Covering it up, the design is a thing of beauty.

Tut on the other hand: not shabby either. I'm not sure about the look of the hood yet, but I think we need better pictures of him before I can judge. His colors definitely work well though.

Next episode looks fun. Wish it wasn't skipping a week.

Yeah, Tut's face is weird. I guess they're just supposed to be sickles on the sides? The colors are inconsistent, but it's the only thing that makes sense.
