As we draw closer to both the New York Comic Con and the 20th anniversary of the Power Rangers franchise, there have been more and more merchandise reveals. Most recently, the mysterious Derringer has dropped by various toku fansites, including our very own TokuNation, to share this message about what Bandai distributor Bluefin has planned for NYCC.

It will be interesting to see if they go with a skirt or trousers for the yellow ranger. but then i've probably just guessed one of the exclusives there along with the dragon shield red.

Having removable armour is the one thing I think is less likely than Power Rangers exclusive characters.. Figuarts is all about having a lot of detail, and there's just no way they could have the arm straps removable, without them looking horribly inaccurate and clunky. They didn't even give us Super Shinken Red with a removable coat and that would have been far easier.

I'll pretty much guarantee that the armour on Dragon Ranger will be fixed on and Armoured Tyranno will be an exclusive (with a possible mass release for the US).

Yeah, a female Tiger Ranger variant wouldn't be too unlikely (although it still shouldn't have a skirt). I can totally see that being a Comic Con exclusive or even just an exclusive US variant. All they need to do is give him/her pink's torso and paint it yellow.

Zedd and Goldar are the only villains worthy of becoming Figuarts. Maybe Rita, but I doubt she'd get it.

Not expecting anything more than the six Zyurangers but this will be exciting nonetheless. Holding my breath for at least one Zeo ranger on display too.

I also look forward to these being almost as costly/just as much of a hassle to get in the UK as they would be if they were Tamashii web exclusives
