I got some Gundam stuff last week. Picked up this NXEDGE Strike Freedom to go with Destiny that I got a couple weeks ago.



they're kinda neat, but I don't think I'll keep them too long, they're too small, really, and they don't really do much.

I also picked up a second MB Exia, so now I can display Exia and Exia Repair III side by side, which is something I've wanted ever since I first bought this figure, what has it been, like two years ago now? It was expensive, but also $100 less than the current rate, yay.

Now get the Repair I, which comes with parts for the Repair II, and a fourth Exia to display those on... and while you're at it, might as well get the Avalanche and Trans-Am versions too.

Being an Exia fan is a slippery slope.

Oh, I've got Repair I, and Avalanche Exia. I kinda want another Exia for to display Repair II, but that is far less a priority than having Regular and Repair III at the same time. In fact, I have owned Repair I almost as long as I've had Exia, and I only just put Repair 2 together for the first time a few weeks ago. It's just too half-way between Exia and R3 for me to care too much about.

Trans-Am, I'm rather meh on. Maybe once I actually watch more than 5 episodes of the show I'll care about it more? it also just looks so homogeneous in the MB. I prefer how the RG uses bright green for the collectors. If the MB looked like that, then it would definitely be on the want list.

The R3 doesn't appear in the anime so I prefer the R2. In fact I probably prefer it to the normal Exia. I've got it, along with the R1 and the 00 Raiser on my shelf representing Setsuna's suits as they appear in Season 2.

MB are so good! I'm crossing my fingers for a 00 Quan[T] one of these days.

Same! Did you get in on the Red Frame Astray or Strike Freedom preorders? I missed Red Frame but got the flight pack. Hoping I can get a hold of SF for a reasonable price in the next few months.

I caved and bought a scale statue! Usually I'm strictly articulated figures but Kill la Kill hasn't had a whole lot of luck in that department and I couldn't pass this beauty up.



I don't know how it managed it but I also didn't get a customs fee on this thing. Amazing considering it was huge and way over the limit.

Nice! I'm not really a statue person either, but Mecha Gaikotsu's review did kind of make me want this one.
