I never owned a PS1 growing up, i did know a guy who owned one and i played quite a bit of Spyro on it,

Kensei Sacred Fist was a good and decent fighting game but Tekken 3 was way awesome

I loved Spyro and Legend of Dragoon back in the day. The Digimon World games were all really fun too but it was too hard to raise Digimon so I never got very far in them. I also remember playing Metal Gear Solid and feeling so awesome because it was clearly meant for people more mature than me, but I never finished it or got into the series until I was in my late teens.

That's the only PS1 game I still own.

Everything Resident Evil & everything Tom Raider!!
Also the Ridge Racer franchise, RR4 is still my favorite race game to this day.
