I actually can't stand the openings to Goranger through Bioman. THey are way too disco-y.

This. Every time I'd hear JETTO JETTO JETTOMAN before watching Jetman I got super excited. Same with just about any opening, as long as I actually like it.

I've actually grown quite fond of the cheesy 70s feel of the early themes.

And I agree with Kain. To me Dairanger is bar none the greatest Sentai to be produced. The only other series to me which comes close is Gokaiger.

Edit: Actually, I was thinking of Lucha's comment when I posted that, but you also said you didn't understand the hate. I was just referencing the fact that a lot of comments on the first page said they didn't like Dairanger, and then a couple people came in and said "wtf man that series is legit." (paraphrased)
