Can't say I'm a fan unfortunately, which is too bad because I really liked the initial promo art that was released for it a while back. Bulky suits can be cool, but this has a puffiness to it that just really doesn't work for me.

So from the info we get it seems like this in an upgrade form and not a new base form, and I think that works. If they can somehow give this form relevance by telling us that Hongo isn't the same Rider he was once and that he needs a more powerful suit now I think this can work out well.

I'm mixed on it for now. I will probably like it when I see it in action. I really don't want Rider 1 to be our villain with something stupid that Shocker mind control him to turn against everyone. Afterwards, we find out that he was faking it the whole time.

The weight of Old/New Rider 1 is 70ish kg.
Powered up Rider 1 is 219kg.
That's about 3x more heavier.
