That's what the whole sixth ranger idea is built on, afterall.

This is sound logic. That's why I think they should give the whole team an upgrade, but make it specified to each member. For teams with members of multiple professions, which is why they were chosen for the team, like LSR/GoGoV, the members could have gotten upgrades that cater/enhanced their skills in that profession.

Tensou Sentai Goseiger had a pretty solid upgrade option for everyone, though overall it likely is a cost thing/toy thing.

Though a lot of it may just be chalked up to tradition to only focus on one character.

Yeah...I think it would be cooler if all member has upgraded form.

Also there is the VS exclusive Megatectors for Megarangers, Magiranger power-up, Super Gekiranger, that thing the Goseigers had, and Powered Custom in Go-busters.

I think it's because they want atleast one ranger to be unique, this usually being red which I am okay with, or they just can't afford to make a bunch of suits and effects for a whole team
