How could you possibly frequent this site and still have managed to miss every piece of news relating to the Kamen Rider 1 movie AND the Amazons amazon prime series? That would be like going to Comic Book Resources and missing every Civil War & Batman V Superman article. It's almost impossible

On topic though I see people unhappy with how the design was slimmed down. But given the negative reaction to how bulky & beefy the real suit was I think the slimming is a natural response. But often suits look more streamlined in figure form anyway.

I like it, overall. The green boxes/pouches on the side of his belt stick out a bit too much for my taste, and I think whoever did the color correcting on this photo cranked the luminosity of the green a little to high, as those pouches are a bit of an eyesore, but I like it alot. Glad they slimmed it down.

Yeah, but I also go to Henshin Justice Online and haven't really paid attention to anything there that wasn't Sentai related either. Now the Amazon thing I learned about last week when I saw Over-Time list it on their site, but other than that, I have ignored all things Kamen Rider. Hell, unless I see Kiva or Dragon Ball in the tag line, I haven't even paid too much attention to Figuarts either lately. I don't know why, but I just feel so drained on Kamen Rider right now.

Meh… to be honest, after I came home and checked the pics on my monitor – the figure immediately went from a must have to my "Don’t care"-list. I like the suit as it is on the screen, seeing the figure utilizing the standard buck while making the armor pieces bigger does not work for me, at all. I’m glad people enjoy this version more, but I wanted a miniature version of Beefcake Hongo like he appears in the movie – and this figure is not that.

So yeah, long story short: Pass. Bring on the Amazons Tamashii!

I like this version of it better than the real thing for sure. I get what they're going for with the real suit, but I just personally prefer the more streamlined look on this. Doubt I'll actually get it though.
