Man, you guys need to chill out about Figuarts Kiva never being a thing. It gets brought up every time a new Figuarts gets announced and quite frankly it's getting rather old.

In fairness, Bandai's refusal to release a Kiva base form has also gotten rather old, and it just seems to get stranger to a lot of us every time they announce a Rider release that's not him, particularly when it's something seemingly-odd like Gold Drive or Kiva-la.

I tend to agree that it'll get made eventually, but that's my optimism talking. In the meantime, let people vent.

To an earlier point about Banno's popularity, that doesn't entirely surprise me. The show got sharply more interesting to me around when he was introduced, and he broke core villains out of what felt (to me at the time) like a rut.

Hmm not so sure about that. Ryugen was peg warming for the Gaim line for a while. Not so sure how Duke and Ouja sold in Japan.

Ryugun and Ouja were not crazy but Duke has to be because he is a scientist
