I get that WB/DC loves Batman to death but not every hero and heroine benefits from getting a coat of grimdark. Light must balance out the darkness or you'll lost your audience, something I highly doubt they'll learn until bankruptcy is staring them blank in the face.

Batman in BvS, maybe... but Superman.... he's not. At least not intentionally aside from Zod. Dunno about those terrorist guys from the beginning of BvS though.

Well that episode of Arrow had some good moments in it. I liked the John finally did what was right and how they handled the outcome of it.

I loved seeing Madam Xanadu. That was awesome and I hope we see more of her since she didn't really do much of anything. WHat would have really been cool would have had her tell Ollie and Felicity that she became immortal by beating the devil at a card game.

On the other hand, the Ollie and Felicity stuff is so damn annoying. Also not a fan of Alex selling out to HIVE. Does this mean he has been working for them the entire time? UGH!!

That wasn't Madame Xanadu. It was Esrin Fortuna (whoever she is). I'm not sure if she has a real DC counterpart but as far as I could find, she's a new character created for the show. There is a character called Mama Fortuna but I dont believe they're related in any way.

Are you sure? She looked and acted just like Madame Xanadu. Although, I guess it's easy to assume DC wouldn't let them use her due to the movie, so they just made up a Not-Xanadu. I don't recall them ever having her give her name though.

Maybe Synder will listen to Affleck, thinking he's Batman. What with his Batman idolization and Synder saying he's "so badass he can't get raped in prison" or whatever stupid thing he said.
