Anyone else notice everyone else gets a General, but Wizard is stuck with the scrubs?

Meh. If this is anything like the Climax Heroes games Wizard will be ridiculously overpowered compared to all the other Riders anyway

It hasn't been released yet. You're supposed to pre-reg w/ bandai social and when it's out they'll e-mail you.

Unfortunately it's not. Just got the e-mail that's available, after registering for Bandat Social and when I try to download< I get a message that it's not available in my country (USA). Boo!
