Since apparently Ex-Aid's civilian identity is a young first aid worker. This will be a medical/rescue rider but the question is how does he become Kamen Rider Ex-Aid?

Did some billionaire invented a belt for him?

It seems the forms in Ex-Aids series is called "Shape"

Burn, Storm, and Rain Shape? Hmm....based from elemental (Fire, Wind, and Water)...

And....it seems the Burn, Storm, and Rain also based to various natural disasters

Maybe the Ex-Aid's fourth Shape is Earthquake (earth elemental)

Collectable toys based from virus....it make sense since Ex-Aid has health as one of main theme

If Ex-Aid based from Paramedic, I think Ex-Fighter based from Firefighter...
