Can anyone tell me what these are?

I initially thought they were Card Warrior Kamen Rider toys but they also look like these, don't they?

Yeah they look like both. What are the second ones called? I'm interested in trying to find them.

I don't actually know Japanese but it seems to me just Kamen Rider EX. Help anyone?

The series is called The Riders, they're packed with lemon soda candy. You can see most of the figures featured here on Bandai's site in wave 9:
