At least I can hope for a show similar to W, OOO or Kabuto. A show with a good serious storyline but still have a decent amount of comedy.

I would still hope the series has a Black Jack vibe.

A rescue-like rider can be a doctor. To help save people from infections, wounds, etc. And face viruses in & out of cyberspace through computers and the real world.

No, it's likely a gaming/computer theme. The Driver is called the Gamer Driver, which when combined with the name of the gimmick item - the Rider Gashat - and the weapon - the Gashakon Breaker - creates a distinctly 'game-y' vibe. Not that that says the main character can't be a doctor, but the actual Rider form, Kamen Rider Ex-Aid, is game-themed.

I definitely expect the show's main visual themes to be video games, I think that's a given, but it's entirely possible that the rest of the show ties that into a secondary theme we've yet to hear about.

When we found out Gaim was about fruit themed Riders, we didn't know it was going to be about feudal Japan-esque divisions between different factions.

Ex-Aid could be a doctor/rescue worker who happens to be a gamer and uses his gear to help people in that manner.

Yeah like Drive had cars but he was a police officer. So I definitely can see a Doctor who has Video Game Powers.
