Okay but seriously though, man am I glad we got something original out of this. Like seriously, the Gun and Sword combination was getting a bit old, so I'm glad we're getting Hammer and Sword. Like I really think we're missing the significance of this new weapon guys.

Kiva Dogga Form, Fourze Hammer Module, Ghost Benkei Damashii, and Gridon Donguri Arms are previous Riders who use hammer as main weapon.

Ex-Aid's hammer looks unique and cool and has gamepad button oh hammer.

It looks like something you would connect to a game console so it sure matches the concept it is pushing for.

Hmmm....interesting. All game concept in Ex-Aid looks cool and I am really curious how Ex-Aid's hammer finisher.

Also, Ex-Aid's hammer has Rider Gasshat so it seems similar to Musou Saber has Lockseed slot and Handle Sword has Shift car slot.

Well, that's garish as all hell.

Alright, I'll try to focus on the positives here. I love the chest piece with the SFC looking controller layout, very nice. The black stripes are also nice, invoking a circuit board look and an indication of connectivity throughout the suit. I also like the eyes- at least in concept for possibilities. Generally what I enjoy a lot about Toku is the suit actor's ability to invoke emotion through body movement and maybe a bit of vocal work from the out of suit actor. However, I will say that the idea of conveying over the top expressions with digital eyes does sound interesting, really no different than Mr. Belt. But execution will need to be seen.

As for the negatives... the colors. Which I imagine is the point, given the cluster fuck of colors in the early 90's(See late G1 TF, Eco Force...Saved by the bell etc.). Regardless of its intention, it doesn't change the eye sore color scheme, it's ugly as sin and honestly difficult to look it. A medium green with a grey or purple would have looked much better, especially since we haven't had green as a main color since J. Alternatively I can see Pink working if it was toned down a bit and not paired with lime green. Additionally the colors give a remarkably cheap appearance.

Overall I'm really not thrilled with what I'm seeing.

Hmm..and now, we still wait for Official Conversion press, upcoming magazine scans about Ex-Aid Series, and first trailer or promotional video.

If Ex-Aid appear in Ghost Episode 50, maybe the villain from Ex-Aid series will appear similar to Ganma appear in Driver Episode 48.

Just had a thought. If Emu created the villains along with the Gasshat and Gamer Driver to combat them, is he going to be the regularly producing his own upgrades as well? I wonder how that works. Seems like it could be interesting.
