I live in Europe and shouldn't have ANY difficulty with Volcanion.

Z-Ring costs 2600-ish yen, with more crystals being sold in sets for 645-ish yen. Alternatively, the whole set can be bought for about 2645 yen

September is Victini and October is Keldeo. Genesect is November and Meloetta is December.

That's all that's left of the Mythical events aside from Volcanion and Magearna's who should be around Sun and Moon's release.
